Retro Garden was a 4 tier cake made to serve approximately 130 people. The bottom tier was a Vanilla Buttermilk Cake with a traditional White Icing. The middle top three tiers were White Cake with a White Chocolate Frosting and a Strawberry filling. The cake was covered in a white fondant and decorated with fondant dots, flowers and a black fondant ribbon border. Fondant bees and butterflies were also place around the cake.

The Ole Miss Stadium was a groom's cake carved to replicate the Ole Miss Vault Hemingway Stadium. It was made to serve approximately 120 people. The entire cake was Chocolate Devil's Food with a Whipped Chocolate Ganache and a layer of Fresh Strawberries inside. It was covered in fondant with fondant accents and decorations. A hand made fondant mascot sits on the edge. The entire cake was bordered with fresh hand dipped chocolate strawberries.

Cherries Jubliee was a 3-tier Devil's Food cake with 3 layers per tier made to serve up to 80 people. The entire cake is covered with an Italian Buttercream icing as well as fondant. The Cherry Tree is made from Fondant and contains 41 gum paste flowers.
